VICTIMS OF ROAD TRAFFIC OFFENCES

EU-PROJECT ‘VICTIMS OF ROAD TRAFFIC OFFENCES’

Would you like to know what your rights are as a victim of road traffic offences or as a relative? The EU-project‘Victims of road traffic offences’ will help you out with this. Your rights and those of your relatives are written down in the European directive 2012/29. Through digital storytelling and images we would like to explain which information or support you can have after being victimised by a road traffic offence.

The project focuses on three main topics:

  • information and support,
  • restorative justice for people involved in road traffic offences and
  • interdisciplinary cooperation on policy level.
